Just Do It
Do you feel unmotivated? Do you feel your chores are piling up? Do you just want to lay in bed all day? I feel like these are all side effects of 2020. The year is so overwhelming and has been so emotionally draining sometimes you may feel you just want to give up. You have so much you want to do, but you actually can’t make yourself do any of it. I have some tough love, stop waiting for the right moment just do it!
You might say BB you just do not understand. I do trust me, but here is my question to you. Is laying in bed all day worrying about all that you have to do making you feel any better? Won’t you feel better when you get up and can check some of those tasks off your list?
I have found that when I wake up first thing in the morning, getting straight out of bed is the key to a more productive day. When we spend time first on social media and checking the news it can put us in a negative mood that can last all day whether it is from jealousy, anxiety, depression, or other people’s actions. Getting your day kick-started right away is the key to having a good productive day.
Remember….do not let the virtual reality of the world control your emotions and thoughts because your reality is in front of you.
Today is a new day and you are living your own life. So make your day productive, make your life fulfilling, and be grateful for all that you have. You can do this, keep pushing.
